The program is conducted twice a year—in the first and second half—covering essential areas such as performance planning, production, administration, and publicity.
In the first half, the focus is on planning and production, with courses on performance planning, hands-on practice, and outcome management based on project results.
In the second half, the curriculum centers on publicity and market entry, including training in public relations, marketing, and strategies for entering the arts market.
To ensure accessibility, online courses are also available for participants unable to attend in person.
